Our Team

I graduated from Lincoln Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry and Christian Education. I am married to the love of my life, Susie Vale, who is our Music Minister. Our son Brock lives in Joplin, Missouri, and studied at Ozark Christian College.  Our family of three expanded to a family of six when Brock married Jenny Winfrey and became stepdad to her son Carson. Brock and Jen now have our second grandson, Callen. We are so excited to be grandparents to these two beautiful boys.

I serve God with great joy and excitement. He led me to this place, New Life Christian Church, in September 2000 to lead the ministry here. I believe that God is in charge of my life and I will serve Him all the days of my life.

New Life Christian Church has been around since 1905, always with the goal of loving people as they are and leading them to a relationship with Jesus. It’s been my personal goal since day one to continue in that ministry of loving others as Christ loves us.

God blessed us with a new church building in 2021.  We are still located on the same spot of land where the old church was located and torn down.  We are so thankful to God for his leading us.

I believe this church is the most real church I’ve ever been around. You can come as you are and people will love and accept you as you are. But as we teach and preach here, once you come, God will change you from the inside and you will not stay as you are.
